This PR performs a few refactoring and additions in preparation for [migrate lambda mobile-purchases-delete-user-subscription-PROD] #2261

Here we:

  • Introduce ssmParameters as a new client for retrieving paramters from AWS.
  • Introduce userSubscription.ts (interface for the mobile-purchases-PROD-user-subscriptions)
  • introduce apiGatewayHttp.ts (definitions for http response codes)
  • introduce guIdentityApi.ts (interface to the Identity API)
  • introduce platform.ts (definitions)
  • introduce softOptIns.ts (definitions)
  • update googleOauth2.ts to use the updated ssmParameters
